Project management services can be provided on a short or long term basis to suit the requirements of all of our clients.
Construction companies looking for a manager to supervise projects can be assured of reliable service on a regular basis to manage their project team to ensure a quality product is the end result.
Peterson Construction will help you manage your project from conception to completion, liaising with authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure that the completed project is finished to your satisfaction, on time and on budget.
Fees for project management are provided on an hourly rate and /or a percentage of the construction cost.

Personalised Home Building Project Management for residential clients
The majority of home builders unfortunately do not have the experience or time to sufficiently safeguard quality during the construction of what is usually the most significant purchase they will make during their lifetime. Peterson Construction believe there is a real need for clients to be provided with the same level of control and quality monitoring that is generally available to the commercial sectors of the industry.

Insolvency Assistance to help practitioners, contractors and clients determine entitlements and value of works to complete when a business is in administration or liquidation.
Liquidation and insolvency companies looking for assistance with determination of contractors’ entitlements and/or extent and value of works yet to complete, can be assured of reliable service on a regular basis to help resolve outstanding issues and help manage incomplete works to a satisfactory completion.
Fees for insolvency assistance are provided on an hourly rate. Commission based services are also provided on a negotiated basis.

Inspection and report services are carried out for a fixed fee or charged at an hourly basis.
