About Us
Peterson Construction is the brainchild of Robert Peterson who has had a long and diversified career in the construction industry, culminating in the formation of Peterson Construction that is licensed with the QBCC in the category of Builder - Open and with the Victorian Building Authority in the category of Commercial Builder - Unlimited.
Obtaining a builders licence in 1982 Robert has subsequently undertaken a number of tertiary courses that include a Master of Project Management (commencing March 2019 with Southern Cross Uni), Bachelor of Construction Management (currently studying at UniSA), project management, contract law for non lawyers, and Diplomas in Business Management and Occupational Health and Safety. He has worked for some of Australia’s major construction companies on projects up to $100 million in value prior to introducing the initial business of Rocarrd Consulting Services to the industry that evolved into RCS Construction Consultants and our parent company RCSCC Pty Ltd that trades as Peterson Construction.
Since the creation of RCS services have expanded to include client side project management of commercial developments, detailed inspections and reports for body corporate management companies on residential and commercial properties, domestic project management, dispute resolution, insolvency assistance and workplace health and safety supervision.
Peterson Construction has long term associations with some of Australia's major consultancy firms that enables them to provide a complete development package coordinating all aspects from concept and development approval through to commissioning of the final product.
Over the past thirty years Robert has specialised in shopping centre construction and commercial developments.
RCS was created to service a need within the industry to provide a reliable, quality service for both commercial and domestic clients looking for an independent party to ensure that they receive value for money and a quality project they can be proud of.
